A Just Wrath

Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we Continue in the book of Revelation with Chapter 15 and in today's text we are introduced to the plague judgments also known as the vial judgments. These vials are like bowls and are filled up with the wrath of God which are to be poured out as the judgment of God is exercised. In making application we see that God's Mercy and Love is long suffering but His wrath is Sure and Just. Some believe that judgment will never come so live in sin and enjoy yourself. The truth is that your sin affects and hurts others so God must judge sin for He is Holy. His love should motivate us to be saved, live right, and reach others for Christ. His wrath should do the same, time is of the essence judgement is coming. How about you? Does the wrath of God motivate you to turn to Christ in submission, service, or obedience?
