The Enemy

Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the book of 2nd Thessalonians with Chapter 2 and in our text we see Paul telling of the coming of the lawless one and that Believers should stand strong. In making application we see that today we live in a lawless society where evil is looked upon as good and good-evil. In this society we should stand strong knowing that the Lord is in control and the Lord will deliver us in his timing. How about you? Do you stand for the Lord in this culture in which we live? Let us learn from our text today and the reminder of Paul that the days are evil but the Lord is in control and will deliver us so let us not waver but rather stand strong.
